Brad Ball, PLA, LEED® GA — Principal
Brad joined SGA in 2018 and brings 17 years of experience in the design and development fields with a passion for sustainability and human health in the built environment. He provides financial analysis and project management, coordinates the work of the team, and assists with business development, management and human resources. Brad also provides SGA’s in-house landscape architectural services. When he’s not crunching numbers and doing research, he tries to escape to the mountains for hiking and camping adventures, or to one of the many live performance venues DC offers.
Brad holds a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University with a concentration in commercial development, and a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech with a minor in horticulture. He has been a professionally licensed landscape architect (PLA) since 2005, is a LEED Green Associate, and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
