Self-Storage Facility - Washington, DC
SGA is currently designing this 112,000 square-foot self-storage facility in South-East Washington, DC to be LEED Certified. Two levels will be below grade, with five levels above and the finished structure will make use of intensive green area to reduce storm water runoff as well as reduce energy consumption. A national brand will manage the completed project, which is expected to deliver in spring of 2020.
